Inconsistent trigger behavior #452

Since sign behavior has mostly been fixed, triggers should be expanded.

  • Trigger target types for players, groups and world
  • Switchable triggers that can be dis- and enabled? (See rocker and windup signs)
  • Repeatable and one-time triggers
  • Fix and rework broken triggers
    • Fortune
  • Add new triggers for when:
    • players die
    • players leave the dungeon
    • timeToFinish expired
  • API
