Problems with dirac installation

Dear all,

I've been a while trying to configure for the first time a dirac instance, but I still can't pass the first configuration and I need some help.

Now, I'm getting two main errors:

This is the first one:

are you following the instructions in https://dirac.readthedocs.io/en/latest/AdministratorGuide/ServerInstallations/InstallingDiracServer.html ?
Especially, did you install runsv first?

BTW, which version of DIRAC are you trying to install?

Thanks for your reply, I'm following those instructions step by step and installed runsv too. Anyway, I'll check that it's installed correctly.

About the version, I didn't specify it, so I think it's the latest of Python2. Is there any recommendation?

I would suggest that you do python3, as python2 is deprecated (and will be soon fully removed from DIRAC).

I took your advice and tried to install python3 version. After some debug, I arrived to he same error above.

I reviewed the logs and found this particular error:

In the system, runsv is installed, but runsvctrl and runsvstat doesn´t exist. I don't know if I should use other repo or installation instructions.

I followed this instructions, started a new installation and it worked. Now I have other error, but will take my time to try to debug.
