Replace "time" with "chrono"

Chrono is a more feature-rich and modern datetime-crate and it's already included in the project.

Currently, acme-lib pulls in time and Faythe itself also tries to pull in time, which is a potential version conflict we can avoid by simply removing the direct dependence of the "time"-crate.
