Add new fields in level.json to allow Bandcamp/Soundcloud/SMS links to be added for the artist.

I'm suggesting a data format like this:
interface IEntity: {
name: ...
description: ...
url: ... // general url
social: {
bandcamp: ...
soundcloud: ...
twitter: ...
}
}

Yeah. I will also add a description field as a one-line description for the artist.
