Copyright notice detection

We begin to get requests from our customers to include the copyright notice of used components in our boms since many opensource licenses require to include the notice. It would be great to populate the "Copyright" field that already exists in CycloneDx Sboms.

The most common locations for copyright notices are notice files, license files and readme files. If no copyright notice could be found maybe the standard copyright notice could be added.
