Can the 6.9.9 global or 6.9.15 global firmware blobs make it work after adding the volte flags?

This is the official 6.9.15 MIUI8 which contains the firmware-update folder for M based fresh firmware from Xiaomi
Use this firmware with volte flags and rebuild. It will be fine.
