Switcher support for breeze.
Breeze is a unit to control air conditioners.

We can base our Dart code on this repository that we have used before for switcher devices.

To implement this we need to first start with issue number CyBear-Jinni/cbj_integrations_controller#54 because currently we don't have support for AC device type

As the code for Switcher became an external package the above comment is no longer relevant
