Is there somewhere that I can find the details of how to use this plugin?

I think that it isn't at this moment. This plugin is still under development and have still some bugs and missing some new things.

But I can tell you that this plugin is remake of bananaSpace, and usage is mostly same.

For creation of the world you can use Multiverse plugin:
/mv create YourWorldName normal -g CrystalSpace

Pretty much what @mwkaicz said: I'm sure a proper tutorial will be coming when the plugin is closer to a "release": but for now the bSpace docs should help and get you started.

I'll leave this issue open if you have any questions.
