Add section to migration guide for common configs

Since configs are now grouped into objects, it may be a bit harder to find some common configs for those coming from v5. We name most of our config groups appropriately, but it may not hurt to have a small section in the migration guide pointing out where the most common v5 configs can be found (motor invert, PID, etc.).
