Command line flags are ignored

I wanted to simplify setting up servers typically the default options are what I use so I just end up hitting enter until the server downloads, running the binary with --help suggests this should be achievable with --auto-Ask however this seems to be completely ignored by the binary, in fact from what I have tested most if not all of the flag options appear to be being ignored, am I missing something?
