Plugin has been rewritten to use the new python framework DomoticzEx.
For those who are upgrading from a previous version, original devices are
kept, but they must be renamed according to the new naming convention:
Before:  PLUGIN_NAME - VEHICLE_NAME DEVICE_NAME   (e.g. Kia - eNiro odometer)
Now:     VEHICLE_NAME: DEVICE_NAME   (e.g. eNiro: odometer)

In case that location changes, a call to openstreetmap is done to get the
associated address. In case that call fails, now it will be retried again with
the next poll (before, call to get the address was done only when location
changes).

The power consumed and power generated devices from 1.1.4. are renamed to clearly show that those only show 90-day data as provided by the Hyundai-Kia cloud.
Two new devices are added to show the all-time totals of the power consumed and power generated.
To track all-time totals the daily total of today is loaded onto incremental counters.
To avoid double counting when running multiple times per day, each time it is checked what the current counterToday is, so only the additional increment
is then added. The plugin should also be run shortly before midnight to collect latest daily total.

With new version of hyundai-kia-connect-api sometimes odometer does not
appears, but the value of latitude, longitude and speed are returned
correctly. Fixed this.

Added self.verbose = True to get more info on the domoticz log. 
Set to False to remove debugging info.

Added fetchingData flag to avoid fetching data when another process is already
fetching data from API. This flag is reset when fetching process terminates,
or manually by turning Update device to Off.

Poll interval: now it's possible to set poll interval while driving (e.g. 10
minutes).  The poll interval while charging is computed as
poll_interval_driving * 2 (e.g. 20 minutes)
