Whe I try

xmlapi->api1_query($account, "SubDomains", "addsubdomain", array('test27.dominio.com', 'dominio.com', 1, 0, 'test27') );

I get this error:

The error turned out to be in port. You need to change the default port that is to whm by cpanel port to run create a subdomain.
Can I contribute this code? Accepted pull-request?
