update bot used by chatwoot

• The bot used by chatwoot needs to be updated due to the recent api updates

• As part of this update, include a link to the user's profile that is clickable on chatwoot to take the support agent directly to the user's profile. This would work similar to the console.couchershq.org api here:

• Include a summary of past reports for the user similar to what is explained here: https://github.com/Couchers-org/console.couchers.org/issues/4

• Include signup date/time (new users frequently contact us during or immediately after signup, so it is good to have that context immediately.

• Include if user has been banned or deleted (and date/timestamps of each)
