Discord username lore tags all have #0 at the end now

Describe the bug
Discord "new" username system doesn't display right, despite being rolled out to all users now. Should probably remove the "#0"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://cosmetica.cc/lore
2. Click on 'Discord Tag'
3. Link your account with the bot
4. See #0 at end of username in game

Expected behavior
The username should show as Discord handles them now

Setup (please complete the following information):

• OS: Arch Linux
• Minecraft Version: Java Edition, Firefox
• Version 1.20.1

Additional context
I know this isn't a new issue, but I think that since Discord has rolled out the new usernames to everyone, it would only make sense to switch.
