Clear and concise description of the feature you are proposing

It would be nice to output the IPs excluded from the IP range.
For example, I want to know the IP subnets excluding 192.168.0.0/16 to 192.168.1.0/24.

I am using the site attached below.
It would be very useful to have this tool included.

• Check the feature is not already implemented in the project.
• Check that there isn't already an issue that request the same feature to avoid creating a duplicate.
• Check that the feature can be implemented in a client side only app (IT-Tools is client side only, no server).
