Type for Computed Column

The goal here is to feed the width into column creation. Unfortunately, this is actually quite hard in many cases because a computed columns allows for an arbitrary expression. Thus, we need some kind of integer range analysis to determine the possible set of values (which when an inverse occurs, probably indicates a maximum range).
