Error with staticfiles (fresh installation) #95

Hi,
I have installed your application and I've a problem with staticfiles.
Error : "GET /static/main.tw.css HTTP/1.1" 404 179

Repro:

Clone git repository
make bookstrap
make db-bootstrap
make serve

Did I forget something?
