但是改名的结果还是不太行（也不排除是飞书的bug

估计是飞书那边数据没有同步更新，我们是直接请求飞书api拿到名字

这个名字展示，只是在后台会有问题。实际使用的是openid，不管名字怎么改，openid不变，所以业务逻辑不受影响。

如果手动刷新之后，后台的名字也会更新。
