Overview

We should only produce links to reports and runbooks if checks were executed in full-remote mode otherwise the links currently being provided are inaccurate if running in local or no-push mode.

Requirements

  • Only provide links to reports and runbooks when checks have been executed in full-remote mode.

Update notifiers accordingly
