Describe the Bug

CollaboraOnline permits paste contents in a cell into a read-only spreadsheet

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a read-only spreadsheet
2. Go to a cell with a content and type CTRL+C
3. Go to another cell em type CTRL+V+ENTER. Try a few times.
4. Another user with the document open can see the cell modified (share open).

Expected Behavior

CollaboraOnline must not permit insert content in a cell into a read-only spreadsheet.

Actual Behavior

CollaboraOnline permit insert content in a cell into a read-only spreadsheet.
The user with read-only can´t save the document.

Enviroment

• Collabora version: 24.04.9.2 - Docker collabora/code - https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/commits/cp-24.04.9-2
• Nextcloud Server 29.0.8.1
• OS and version: Windows 11 23H2
• Browser and version: Chrome 131.0.6778.70 (Versão oficial) 64 bits
