@nnjun 我的也是同样的问题. 如果是把插件放在主工程. 是没有问题的. . 放在自己的lib库里面编译成aar就不能混淆. 提示:This gradle version is not applicable
请问当前插件是否支持子工程混淆?

如果是这样的话，主工程会同时混淆子工程，如果单独混淆子工程的话好像暂时还没有适配。
