Show tutorials depending on language

What do I see?

I see that some tutorials are without title or without description.

How did I get there

What would I like to see instead:

I would like for each tutorial:

• to know which languages it is available in
• read the description in my favorite language
• if the tutorial is not in my language but in an other language I speak, I would like to know if it is available there.

Hints:

• code.org and blockly have many languages somehow, we need to condense that into small space
• some tutorials have only one or two languages
