Could this become a plugin feature used on WordPress websites in PHP? May become handy for other places who wish to get access to this tool. It seems replicable.

If used in Florida, it can be a plugin feature with out need to modify, but if used in other states they would have to modify the api call to a reference table of their own data on counties while maintaining the appropriate column heads. Else some of the code may need to be adjusted to fit their dataset.
