update to hypercore 2.0

I recently released hypercore 2.0 - one of the main features are live syncing. I think this is something you might be interested in? The API is a little bit different but I can guide you through some of the changes if interested.

Thanks @mafintosh. I've been looking forward to that release. Do you have a sense of when you'll be upgrading hyperdrive and dat to use hypercore 2.x?

@flyingzumwalt asap :) been mostly polishing some hyperdrive stuff and i think @Karissa is more or less ready with Dat rc2 as well
