Home Page Look and Feel - Desktop #57

The idea is if you hover over an art square, you'll see the title of the piece. And clicking a square leads to the individual art work page. Still need to mock that up for desktop.

"How was this built?" link will have the text from the current About page.

Also, I'll writeup some about iArtNorfolk text for the home page. Or you can keep the Bacon ipsum text, your call.

All fonts are Google fonts - the paragraphs are Open Sans, and the header is Playfair Display.

For mobile, I'm thinking we could keep the original layout Trisha made here iartnorfolk_mobile

Let me know what you think.

I have partially implemented this. Need to get the thumbnails resized appropriately, which requires the image store to have an instance stood up.

I'll get with @wbprice tomorrow night and figure out how to go about this part.
