User Story

As a Site User, I want to navigate easily through the website so that I can find the information I need.

Acceptance Criteria:

The navigation bar is visible at the top of the website on all pages.
The navigation bar contains links to the Home, About, Services, and Contact pages.
On mobile devices, the navigation bar collapses into a hamburger menu that expands when clicked.
The footer is displayed at the bottom of the page and includes social media icons and copyright text.
The social media links in the footer open in a new tab.

Tasks:

Create a responsive navigation bar that includes links to Home, About, Services, and Contact pages.
Implement a collapsible menu for mobile devices.
Add a footer that includes social media links and copyright information.
