When unplugging/plugging in a NIC, show a "pending" icon while the back end job is not 100%

When I unplug the network interface, the slider stays showing blue/connected until the job completes. Same in reverse.

When there's a pending job / a job has been saved, we should change or disable the slider and show the user that the request is being processed (perhaps with an "in progress" icon like we show when reloading data on other formes?).
