Somewhere, the Org file redirection is interfering with NICE's Ogg playback.

NICE Ogg playback is performed using DirectSound as it's "more integrated" than using two sound APIs at the same time. Possibly the cause...???

(EDIT: Checking RedirectOrgFiles. My previous theory was wrong, the real reason is because NICE hooks the resource loader to know when to stop Ogg music IIRC...)
(...no, wait, NICE Ogg music is handled via custom TSC (VOC). NICE's implementation of custom Org files is what uses the resource loader changearound.)
