[Aggregators] Monitoring metrics in a global and/or particular views

Visibility of all the monitoring metrics in a global view (taking into account all its public entities aggregated) and/or having the metring particularly for each of its public entities.

This should be possible either selecting one service or more-than-one service. This fact would allow the Aggregator to have metrics in an aggregated way.
