Conservation scores instead of conservation "boolean"

We currently store conservation only as conserved or not, parsed according to a constant

Users, especially on the research side, may be helped by having the values, and would fancy a colour scale cold-hot on potential pathogenicity there as well. Could be synced with ACMG sub scoring.
