This issue came after I started the firebase emulator and I'm unable to resolve it even after soo many attempts. Also the title of the
app changed from React App to Welcome to Firebase Hosting.

Can i get a zest of the error like when is this showing up?

I think is a network issues. Kill the it and run the app again.
