Using mod which have search bar within, type till keybind hit and config menu open.
Can be evade this by bind to other key.

First one is Quark inventory search. Reproduce: just press keybind while search bring the config up.
Second one is RFTools Modular Storage (The config menu wont show up until I move my mouse from any point on game screen)

FTBUtil, FTBQuest also get this, but config menu bring up after I close other UIs.

Also Cabinet from Rustic seem dont have sorter implement on
