duflor

  • getting started
  • interactions with other packages
    • duflor-gui
      • diagnostics: colordistance::plotPixels // plotting in HSV is possible
    • RBioFormats for subsetting
  • subsetting images for significantly increased performance during real operations

Additionally, a separate vignette must be written for both https://github.com/Claudius-Appel/duflor as well as https://github.com/Claudius-Appel/duflor.gui, with an instructionset as to how issues are to be documented and raised on GH

Alternatively, I think there are issue-forms for doing this, right?
