Confirm Busses are Logged at Each Stop.

Current headway calculations rely on busses being captured at each stop. By gouping by trip_uid and ensuring each trip was logged at two stops we can be sure that for Eastbound and Westbound stops at Bathurst and Jarvis all busses departing from one station are captured at the other.
