Should this specification be flu-specific or more general?

Health / public health departments sometimes have clinics for other types of immunizations. For example, I think we had some around a meningitis outbreak in Chicago maybe 5-10 years ago and departments around the country have plans in place the deploy mass immunizations in response to bioterrorist attacks. By generalizing, the spec could be used for other types of clinics, which might be particularly useful in an urgent situation where public health officials around the country were trying to adapt each other's work quickly.

Generalizing might require nothing more than editing descriptions and adding a field to specify the immunization type(s) offered.
