Examples of existing iframes that could leverage this component and their downsides:

• https://detroitmi.gov/webapp/city-detroit-parcel-viewer
  • Content is larger than frame so scroll bars appear
• https://detroitmi.gov/webapp/property-application
  • Menu is hidden
• https://detroitmi.gov/webapp/solid-waste-payment
  • On mobile, content is larger than frame so scroll bars appear

Also, we'd like to have the ability to more easily embed dynamic content like tableau graphs on the site. It'd be great if this component could support that as well.

Build a JS web component that gracefully handles iframes with content of different sizes or external dynamic content like tableau graphs.
