Include all properties in component storybook documentation #200

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Some components don't have complete documentation in storybook. Specifically, there are attributes on the component that are not documented as args in Storybook. E.g. https://cityofdetroit.github.io/COD-Design-System/?path=/docs/components-molecules-accordion--docs.

Describe the solution you'd like

Go through all the components and add Storybook documents for pertinent attributes of each component.
