For the first couple minutes in a gaming session it synchs everything, but at some point it breaks. Even server restarts only fix it for a couple of seconds. Connecting players can build stuff in their "version" but it doesn't sync to the host. If the host builds something, it is there for everyone. At some point, the bug where it wants to wait for all players to be at the same "time" before you can unpause happens, so the game is locked into pause state.
To Reproduce
Sadly, I can't pinpoint a time or a number of players, it happened with 2 and 4.
Expected behavior
buildigns/streets built by any player synch to every player
Some funky stuff can happen when desynched, this is from the view of a client. Hostside only the big street was Visable since it is the one the host built
