[New Feature]: Better UI for the generated Certificate

The UI of the generated certificate needs improvement.It looks dull.A qr code can be given for others to verify the downloaded certificate.

Point down the features

• Makes the certificate more attractive

• Helpful in creating a strong visual identity and increases recognition of the certificate.
