Describe the bug

Start Menu unresponsive specifically for right clicking apps, clicking the Start Menu and Search function
This is happening on a MicroWin installation of Windows 11 Pro.

Tried these troubleshooting options but none worked, haven't tried to reset PC yet (don't want to):

To Reproduce

Unknown, started happening from nowhere.
However, I do use an app that modifies the shell extension called "FileMenu Tools" but I am unsure how that would affect it.

Expected behavior

Right-clicking apps and clicking the Start Menu should work properly

Additional context

Right-clicking in the taskbar works, but clicking on the Start Menu, Search or Calendar does not work.

Does this still affect when turning off the auto hide?
