Add magic-wormhole

Hey chris! First of all a HUGE thank you and kudos to you! This tool made windows usable for me and a lot of other people.

I was wondering if you already considered adding to the available packages magic-wormhole, I use it a lot to quickly transfer files between machines.

Since it's not present in winutil I just install it using winget, but I think this tool might be worthy of being added as a utility.

This will be tracked in #1782 Issue Tracking List, and I've added this program in a recent commit ( 6f784e2 ) in this PR

Quick Note: Magic Wormhole is currently outdated in both Chocolatey and WinGet Repos, for the next few days it should be updated in WinGet, See The Update PR in winget-pkgs repo for more info.

EDIT: The PR listed above have been merged, so when installing Magic Wormhole through WinGet (Directly using the CLI, or with WinUtil), you should be installing the latest version of Magic Wormhole.
