Add ability to hide built in collections in library

The library collections ChimeraOS Verified and ChimeraOS Playable are automatically created. While these can be helpful, they're not always wanted. Even if they are removed from the library, they are re-created when Steam launches.

There should be an optional way to not have these autogenerated.

Have there been any thoughts about this?

Is there a plan to allow for this? It's really frustrating having these collections thrust upon our system without the agency to exclude them. I very much don't want these in my list of collections.
