Add Chip 8/Optional Plot Maker Royalties To New Plot Format

Hi Chia Community,
This is to request a feature for the new plot format.
Enable the option to add 1 or more block reward royalties addresses/Add Chip 8 puzzle to the new plot format.
When farmers are done using GPU to plot their farm it can be used to get royalites for plots they make for other farmers.
Discourages CO-OPs from forming community datacenters/collocations and centralizing the chain. This uses centralizing to discourage centralizing.
This is a starting path to one click Farming.
New Chia Farmers can start farming without plotting. All plotmakers are going to end up with extra GPUs when done plotting.
1 Farm can payout to several different PlotMakers that provided plots via a PlotMaker hub or something.
These are a few of advantages of adding chip 8 to the new plot format. Several other reasons to add Chip 8 puzzle to the new plot format exist.
