Problem on CheckMATE running

Hello CheckMATE team,

I have a problem with CheckMATE running on my Linux system (RedHat). I tried to run my checkmate with the example input card, 13TeV_test.in, but after replying to the line "Is this correct? (y/n)" with "y", the checkmate got stuck, and no processes or results showed. By looking at "htop", it also doesn't show any running with checkmate.

My root version is 6.26/14, python version is 2.7.14 (I also tried python 3.8.17, but it showed the same problem), madgraph 3.5.5, pythia 8245, Hepmc 2.06.11, delphes 3.5.0. Please also find the log for installation and running of my checkmate in the attachment.
