While Jetbrains seems to have retired the Eclipse Kotlin plugin, they still host the plugin on their servers.
While the version 0.8.19 is not available (and I couldn't find an alternative provider for it), the 0.8.24 version, available at
I've made a clean install of the Eclipse Committers edition 2020.06 and installed it manually via Help > Install new software, and followed the rest of the guide to set up the project.

check the branch develop-PS for my most recent attempts. However, my time slots to work on it are too limited to get more than barely keeping things compile. if there would be help, I'd highly appreciate, also pull requests....
Understandable, thank you for maintaining this plugin, AFAIK it's one of the few sensible unit test environments for Eclipse CDT.
Though I can't allocate too much time on it, I do have the intention of addressing the few bugs I've encountered, so expect a pull request on related repos in the following weeks.
