People supporting a motion/amendment officially, should not be able to enter any name #892

People can write any name here. Including names from people in "high places", which might sway a vote.
Proposal: People, officially supporting an amendment or motion, cannot change their name and must use their official name (as used in the application).

Optional (consultation or motion type setting):
Add the option to "support this anonymously"
