Automate assembly jar upload into the release

In terms of #14 we discovered that it will be fairly inconvenient for users to use the init script with packages only, due to a large list of dependencies.

For now the solution is to upload assembly jar along with every release to reuse in the init script. Right now this process is manual.

This task is to automate the assembly jar upload and attach to the release.
