Add index for the assetId pattern

Describe your idea, in simple words.

There's currently no index for the assetId pattern when querying /matches call and therefore it's slow.

Why is it a good idea?

To be able to retrieve specific assets quickly. This would be handy for listing addresses containing a given asset/policy (essentially token holders).
