Describe the bug
I controlled my opponent's Sally Sparrow and sacrificed it to Deadly Brew, but I wasn't given the option to return another permanent from my graveyard to my hand.

I feel like Deadly Brew should still allow me to return a permanent to my hand even if the sacrificed creature wasn't one I own, but maybe that's wrong.
