Semantic Search: app.geo.ca integration, sort by relevancy

Dependencies:

• Integrate the search API with the frontend application (app.geo.ca).
• Add a sorting by ‘Relevancy’ button in the search page, and set it as default search results.

Update: Had a meeting with the development team to discuss the integration of the semantic search API. It was decided that the semantic search API will be integrated directly with app.geo.ca v2, instead of the current version of app.geo.ca.
